Job done? I guess..

Went to Dance Centre this morning at 11am. Went there to teach the kids the dance routine again. Well, the kids improves a lot since the last time i saw them which is on last Saturday. Din really choreograph much routine in it. Just used back some old routine and improvised it.

Half way through, Russell came, then Leon came. Mimi and the others was there since 11am.
but, someone is missing in action today.

Couldn't finish the whole routine today. Still got a little part more. Just 2 more eights to go somewhere in the middle. The whole routine is a combination of Hip Hop steps and a bit of Ballet. Hip Hop + Ballet?? Isn't that Step Up 1? haha
 FYI, all the kids are ballerinas. No harm putting ballet in it. :p

Miss Chin will be choreographing the ballet part, so, can i consider my job done? Haha. I will try to come for the last rehearsal on next Wednesday if i could make it. The kids will be competing on the 27th Of May which is next Friday.

OK! Exam is next monday. What am i thinking right now??

I want to score an A for Pengajian Am and IT. For Pengajian Am, I am quite confident in it. It is my best subject so far. For IT, i need to buck up a bit in my C++ coding because I'm still weak in it.

well, Maths T and Chemi, sampaikan salam is all i can say. Let see what i comes out..

CLUB9 DANCEOFF COMPETITION 230111

SOUL CREW participated in the CLUB9 DANCEOFF COMPETITION on the 23rd Of January 2011. This is an open competition, which means all kind of dance are allowed in this competition. Hip Hop, Jazz, Ballet, Krumping, Shuffle and so on so on. Solo and Groups are in the same category. There a total of 7 competitors that day. 3 groups and 4 Solos.


Champion gets rm500 cash while 1st and 2nd Runners up get a bottle of SMIRNOFF VODKA.

Each solo's or groups are to prepare 2 routines. 1st routine for qualifier and 2nd routines for the ranking. So, Soul Crew qualified to proceed to the next round and we manage to get a TIE with Kaze (solo) in the routine showcase. We were told by the organizer that we are to battle to see who walk out with the rm500 cash for the champion. Since Kaze is a solo competitor, he can choose 2 teammates to help him. He chose Yik and Chung. 

The result was:

1st Runner Up : Soul Crew

2nd Runner Up: SZ Chung

I'm back to my blog again. LOL.

YESH! its about me. 

Life in form6 memang susah.Had been emo-ing for a few days already. Dunno why. Don't ask me. I had been facing a lot of preassure lately. Blames are all put on me. Stress at school. Can i hang on? I dunno.

HOMEWORKS,HOMEWORKS,HOMEWORKS!!!

it won't stop i tell you. especially Maths T. Cikgu itu sudahpun ajar macam bullet train, bagi kita homework pun macam bullet dari machine gun. WON'T STOP!!

And about kolukium! At last it ended. Only need to pass up the damn folio. After that, end of story and happily get my miserable 10 marks. Used 3 months to complete the whole thing. Calvyn and I represented the class for the presentation as we scored 19/20 for the presentation in class. Too bad we only manage to get No.3 on the inter-class presentation. We were aiming for No.1 actually. =( Not satisty with the results cause we are way better than the current No.1, the way they present their presentation is just reading the words inside the power point. No elaboration at all. Dunno why they win. 

EXAMS!! It's coming. exams falls on the 18th of October. All the best everyone!!

Soul Crew's Syuen Hotel Performance

18th September 2010

Soul Crew had been invited to perform for PROM NIGHT entitled POLIO-FREE FOR ALL. 
Yeah! The crew did a great job but one thing whack is the audience, Dead Crowd!! No matter how good the performances were, the crowd doesn't know how to cheer and clap hands. Not only for our performance, for other performance too. 

Anyways, this time, all of the members performed, except for Furuya due to some reason.

家好月圆 Steamboat Reunion

The word 家好月圆 simply means a full moon symbolizing a harmonious family. The pronunciation in chinese is 'jia hao yue yuan' or in cantonese 'ka hou yuet yuen'. We have used this word to represent the friendship among us few years back (credits to Ivan Tan) http://www.ivantan5.blogspot.com/

On the 9th Of September 2010, our family had a reunion at Goodtimes Steamboat. The one near Tower Regency Hotel. Why we choose here? It is simply because this place is the place where we had our first Steamboat together. It brings back a lot of memories.

There was an uncle. He ask for donations of any amount and he will give 2 packets of tissue and play a song using his 'Erhu' or harmonica. He played a song named 'Auld Lang Syne' in english or 'Friendnship Forever' in chinese. It perfectly suits the environment there.

We are the Lan Ci's  =)

Our family are still the same but we added a few family members. First, Olivia Mah, Eon's girlfriend. Haha, Eon grow up already, got girlfriend already. Second is Pui San and Chuah. They in a realationship already. They both ah, in a relationship already also don't tell the family wor.. Hehe =)
